FORMER GASWORKS SITES
Projects on former gasworks sites include drawing up the design, but also tendering and supervising of the remediation works. Different aspects were remediated, such as soil and groundwater contamination from waste streams like coal tar, cyanide contaminated iron sands or chalk and wastewater contaminated with mineral oils or volatile aromatic hydrocarbons. These projects occured in combination with redevelopment of the urban, built environment.
