The participants of the SEEN network offer a wide variety of geotechnical services within their projects. The participants have specific expertise in different working fields, since the geotechnical challenges are different depending on their home country and their key services.

With respect to the SEEN network NIRAS and Tyréns for instance have special expertise in rock engineering and interpretation of soil investigation on firm clays. Sogreah has much experience in the field of ports, terminals and dams. Witteveen+Bos has special experience in soft soil engineering, FEM modelling and land reclamation. The geotechnical engineering cluster focuses on the exchange of knowledge about these geotechnical experiences.
